Full Certified Pilates Instructor

Meet Chard, a certified Pilates instructor and former flight attendant who is passionate about helping others experience the transformative power of Pilates. After struggling with low back pain, he discovered the incredible benefits of Pilates and has dedicated himself to sharing his knowledge and expertise with others. He received his full certification from Balanced Body and continues to deepen his practice during his free time. Chard's vision is to make Pilates accessible to everyone, and he is excited to establish PowerHaus Pilates Studio to help others incorporate Pilates into their daily routine and achieve their health and fitness goals.

Kru Phai

Experienced Pilates Instructor

Meet Kru Phai, an athlete who prides herself on her strength. However, her experience with Pilates allowed her to gain a deeper understanding of body balance. Intrigued by the practice, she sought to delve deeper into the basics and principles of safe Pilates play. Through rigorous training sessions, she found that not only did her physical strength and flexibility improve, but her overall personality as well.

Kru Phai enjoys experimenting with various Pilates equipment, making each session entertaining and adjustable to fit individual needs and aptitude. Pilates is a versatile exercise that can be practiced even during pregnancy and after birth, aiding in postnatal recovery. With the appropriate practice, the body can quickly regain its strength.

Kru Phai believes that Pilates is an effective way to take care of one's health, and suggests it as a solution to physical problems.

Kru Nozomi

Certified Pilates Instructor

Get ready to experience Pilates in a whole new way with Nozomi, our full certified and dynamic instructor who brings a unique cultural perspective to the studio. Born and raised in Yokohama, Japan, Nozomi has been practicing Pilates since the age of 9 to enhance her ballet dancing skills. This initial spark developed into a deep passion for Pilates, and Nozomi pursued her dream of becoming a Pilates instructor. Today, she is a Balanced Body Certified Instructor with a wealth of knowledge and experience.

In addition to her Pilates expertise, Nozomi is also a talented director and editor for film and media production. Her multi-lingual abilities make her a valuable asset to the studio, as she can teach classes in both English and Japanese. With Nozomi's guidance, you'll achieve your fitness goals while discovering a new way of moving that is both effective and enjoyable. Get ready to experience Pilates like never before with Nozomi at the helm.

Kru Su Su

Experienced Pilates Instructor

Meet Kru Su Su, an experienced Pilates instructor who is passionate about sharing the benefits of Pilates with others. Su Su's interest in Pilates stemmed from her love for exercise. While she enjoyed body weight and cardio training, she found that Pilates exercises focused on core muscles, which helped to build strength, flexibility, and improve posture. As someone who had experienced hunchback and neck protrusion due to weak back muscles and short chest muscles, Su Su found that Mat Pilates Exercise was transformative, leading to positive changes in her personality and posture.

Inspired by her own experience, Su Su's goal is to show others the benefits and fun of exercising with Pilates. By becoming a Pilates teacher, Su Su hopes to help people build strength, flexibility, and improve their posture, just as Pilates did for her.

Kru Kwang

Experienced Pilates Instructor

Meet Kru Kwang, an experienced Pilates instructor who has a passion for exercise despite some physical setbacks in the past. As a child, she experienced knee problems and a latent lower back pain due to her career and long hours wearing high heels. Despite trying yoga, which didn't work for her, she found that Pilates was the perfect fit for her body.

 

Kwang's first Pilates class was on the Reformer and she loved it from the start, feeling improvements in her body after just one class. Her love for Pilates only grew stronger with time, even leading her to consider becoming a teacher. After six years of practicing, Kwang has experienced the numerous benefits that Pilates has to offer, including improved physical strength and flexibility, and no longer experiencing any physical symptoms. Now, Kwang wants to share her passion and the benefits of Pilates with others. She understands the struggles of physical setbacks and wants to help others achieve their goals and feel better in their bodies through Pilates.

Kru Kong

Experienced Pilates Instructor

Meet Kru Kong, an experienced Pilates instructor with a lifelong love for exercise and sports, which began with soccer. He played for both his school and college teams and later explored other forms of exercise such as long-distance running and weight training. Upon discovering Pilates, he found it uniquely different, requiring mindfulness, concentration, body awareness, and core strength. Motivated by these challenges, he pursued Pilates seriously and noticed his chronic back pain disappeared.

Kong graduated in Physical Therapy from the Faculty of Medical Technology. He combines his passion for exercise with his medical knowledge to improve posture, correct body alignment, and rehabilitate injuries through Pilates.

Kru Nui

Certified Yoga Instructor

Nui began practicing yoga 13 years ago after recovering from lung cancer. Yoga helped her restore her health through proper breathing and asanas, improving her lung strength and body balance in Hatha and Vinyasa styles. She now has over 8 years of teaching experience, having dedicated herself to mastering the art of yoga.

​

Barre combines various exercises with rhythmic movements and equipment like bars, balls, and dumbbells. Nui enjoys working out to music, targeting small muscle groups, and incorporating cardio. Initially disliking cardio, she found barre at PowerHaus Pilates engaging and enjoyable. After further training, she now teaches barre classes, making workouts fun for everyone.

Kru Fun

Experienced Pilates Instructor

After being diagnosed with imbalanced thyroid hormones and enlarged thyroid glands in 2007, doctors prescribed exercise for Fun. She tried weight training, yoga, jogging, and cycling but always ended up with lower back and knee pain causing self doubt. Due to lack of progress and pain, she started seeing a physiotherapist with no real improvements.

 

In 2018 she discovered Pilates by accident, not only did the pilates methods improve her lower back and knee problems, it improved her mental state.  With a better feeling about her body and herself as a person, Fun has never looked back from Pilates.  This is where Fun found her passion and wants nothing more than to share her training and expertise with clients who also struggle with physical pain and low self image.

Kru Palm

Experienced Pilates Instructor

Palm has over 10 years of experience in the Health and Wellness industry. With a passion for exercise and a focus on movement to build strength and promote good health, she decided to become a Fitness Instructor to share her knowledge with others.

Currently, Palm has more than 2 years of experience teaching exercise and Pilates. Her joy comes from seeing her students become stronger and gain a better understanding of body alignment. She is dedicated to continuing this work to help people achieve sustainable, inner health and strength.

Kru Ying

Certified Pilates Instructor

As a former executive and founder of the Northern Free Zone, Ying worked so hard that she developed pleural effusion, with her overall health deteriorating rapidly. To combat this and the 23-kilogram weight gain, she turned to Pilates for rehabilitation during her treatment. Surprisingly, Pilates significantly improved her physical and mental health. Motivated by this remarkable experience, She is now eager to share her knowledge and inspire others. She aim to help practitioners benefit from Pilates in a simple, effective, and sustainable way without injury.

Kru Jear

Certified Yoga Instructor and
Experienced Pilates Instructor

After graduating from the Faculty of Economics, Jear transformed himself into a yoga instructor. Teaching yoga allowed he to practice mindfulness and manage his body's alignment. After teaching for 7 years, he had the opportunity to learn Pilates and found it to be a very different and interesting form of exercise compared to yoga.

Practicing Pilates correctly helped Jear avoid injuries from other types of exercise and enabled him to develop his body and improve his posture. Now, he's passionate about sharing Pilates' numerous benefits, helping others achieve optimal physical well-being through this unique practice.

Kru Jinny

Experienced Pilates Instructor

Jinny discovered Pilates while working as a physiotherapist, noticing its shared foundations with physical therapy in movement-based healing. As a weightlifting enthusiast who experienced injuries, Pilates revealed gaps in her body's basics like flexibility and movement precision.

​

Practicing Pilates improved her injuries, enhanced weightlifting performance, and increased overall body balance. It also positively impacted my mental and emotional state.

Pilates is universal, suitable for all ages and genders. It challenges strength, flexibility, and movement control while promoting mindfulness and body awareness.

​

Jinny's goal is to build a community that encourages Pilates practice, helping people understand, enjoy, and achieve their fitness goals through this method.
