After being diagnosed with imbalanced thyroid hormones and enlarged thyroid glands in 2007, doctors prescribed exercise for Fun. She tried weight training, yoga, jogging, and cycling but always ended up with lower back and knee pain causing self doubt. Due to lack of progress and pain, she started seeing a physiotherapist with no real improvements.

In 2018 she discovered Pilates by accident, not only did the pilates methods improve her lower back and knee problems, it improved her mental state. With a better feeling about her body and herself as a person, Fun has never looked back from Pilates. This is where Fun found her passion and wants nothing more than to share her training and expertise with clients who also struggle with physical pain and low self image.
