Nui began practicing yoga 13 years ago after recovering from lung cancer. Yoga helped her restore her health through proper breathing and asanas, improving her lung strength and body balance in Hatha and Vinyasa styles. She now has over 8 years of teaching experience, having dedicated herself to mastering the art of yoga.

Instructor Inspiration
Barre combines various exercises with rhythmic movements and equipment like bars, balls, and dumbbells. Nui enjoys working out to music, targeting small muscle groups, and incorporating cardio. Initially disliking cardio, she found barre at PowerHaus Pilates engaging and enjoyable. After further training, she now teaches barre classes, making workouts fun for everyone.
