Meet Kru Su Su, an experienced Pilates instructor who is passionate about sharing the benefits of Pilates with others. Su Su's interest in Pilates stemmed from her love for exercise. While she enjoyed body weight and cardio training, she found that Pilates exercises focused on core muscles, which helped to build strength, flexibility, and improve posture. As someone who had experienced hunchback and neck protrusion due to weak back muscles and short chest muscles, Su Su found that Mat Pilates Exercise was transformative, leading to positive changes in her personality and posture.
