My journey into movement science began at Chiang Mai University, where I graduated with First-Class Honors in Physical Therapy. After gaining valuable experience working as a hospital physical therapist for a year, I found my true calling in teaching Pilates. As a lifelong athlete and fitness enthusiast—with a background in football, weight training, and running—I discovered that Pilates is far more than just a workout. It is the ultimate practice for mastering movement control and correcting structural imbalances.
